The new Uchi M’oishi is reinterpreting the look of the modern Japanese restaurant adapting subtle but key, new elements to the existing space. Round shaped screens at the entrance to connect to the M’oshi product, inviting the guests to start the journey in to the restaurant’s experience while giving them a sense of privacy from the inside.
